Looking to connect with multi-family broker in Nashville

Greetings All - I'm considering a relo into Nashville and would want to look in some investment properties including buy-and-hold and live-and-flip.  In that vein I'd like to meet with brokers who are used to collaborating with investors and who are well-versed in both multi- and single-family product.  I'll be doing some exploratory trips to Nashville soon and would like to connect beforehand.  If anyone can recommend someone I'd greatly appreciate it!  TIA.
