General Contractor / Handyman in Memphis, TN

Hi everyone. This is my first post here so forgive me if this topic is redundant. 

I have a couple of properties that I want to rehab. I have tried to get quotes from 3 different contractors/handymen. All 3 of them gave me similar quotes (but only 1 gave me a proper breakdown of the costs after calling and emailing him several times) but none of them are responsive. They all seem to be very busy.

Does anyone here know of a reliable contractor in the Memphis area that is not too backed up? Please share your experiences and any information is highly appreciated!!
