Help with Commercial Mixed Use

Hey everyone, the main reason for this post is to welcome any and all advice on a recent project that I am working on. I have a property that is Zoned CMU-3 (commercial mixed use). Has a single family home on it now that is being renovated about 75% finished. My question and dilemma is deciding what to do with the property once’s finished. Initially thought well I could just sell it. Now I’m battling in my head the idea of renting and later developing a multi family on the property, or just finding a buyers as is. What are some viable options, feedback, comments anything you can throw at me I’m all ears.
