Property management and headshots

We are finalizing the website for our new property management company and I wanted some input.  We are getting interestingly varied feedback on the bio page and the headshots.  So this question goes to, primarily, investor types- but everyone is welcome.  Is it important to have professional realtor style headshots?  Do they increase the sense of professionalism?  Or are they dated and cheesy?  DISCUSS!!!

Ha I forgot what picture I had on there.  I was just glad I didn't look as fat as usual!  I do wear those shirts pretty much daily though.  Grown-up clothes make me sweat.  The double photo is a fun idea.
