Advice on evaluating the best home owners insurance policy

Hi Guys,

I am planning to purchase a turnkey property in Mississippi in 2 to 3 weeks ago. I would like to know what are the top 3 things I need to look for to decide on a home owner policy for insurance ? Can you guys share on what you look for in insurance?
