Need input on deciding between 2 properties in horn lake MS

Hi Guys,

I am getting close to deciding between 2 properties in Hornlake MS. One is a 4-bed room single-family home with a better price per square foot of 78.2. The second property is in a culdesac, a 3-bed room single-family home with a price per square foot of 92.9. The culdesac has a better cash ROI and I am looking to close in on the culdesac. Any thoughts on any other factors I need to consider and any input on Horn Lake area?

Your numbers don’t look good to me. I own 2 houses in this neighborhood that cash flow very well. Both 3/2. One, I paid 85k for and it rents for $ 950 and the other I paid 95k for and it rents for $1025. I did nothing to either as far as work. You gotta watch the higher taxes in Horn Lake and the street matters.
