Questions on unemployment and crime rate in Memphis

Hi Guys,

I am looking to purchase a turnkey property in Memphis shortly. Could you guys let me know the top 3 things which I need to look for in areas in Memphis? Can you let me know how the unemployment rates were in 2008 down turn and how it has changed now? What are the vacancy rates at the moment?
