Contractor/Property manager recommendation in memphis area

Looking for some contractor/Property manager  recommendation in Memphis area ? I am looking to do some rehabs in Memphis and north Mississippi area . Please advise

We had a terrible experience with CrestCore and wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever to anyone coming to the Memphis market. For us, they promised they could handle everything and it was an absolutely nightmare!! Over billed for tons of things, billed things without authorization, caused unnecessary damage to our homes, and for the repairs they did manage to finally do, they did terrible work in our opinion. We ended up having to sue them over all of the stuff they did. They’ve got a list of angry clients on BiggerPockets, google, BBB.org, and many other places online. If it we’re us, we’d avoid them at all costs but that’s just our opinion. We truly believe they’re one of the most dishonest groups operating in Memphis and these reviews just coincide with our expiernece and thoughts about CrestCore.
