Does Cordova fit the bill for me?
I'm currently looking at SFHs in the Memphis area. Ideally, i'd prefer sacrificing some rent to value ratio for better quality tenants, however i'm still hoping for a 1% rent to value ratio. The price range i've been looking at is between $100,000-$130,000. I'd like a 3/2 and ideally something built in the last 20 yrs. Do you think Cordova would be the best for this? And are my figures realistic? Thanks!
