Looking To Start Investing In Real-Estate, Is Now A Good Time?

I'm looking to get involved in rental properties in the area, but with the way the market has been since COVID I'm not sure where to start. I'd love to connect with an agent who has worked with rentals in the past, and I'd really appreciate talking with a possible investor who'd be willing to partner on my first one.
