Suggestions on breaking into the business.

I am a newbie in the business and I am looking to learn as much as possible. I would really love to get a part-time job working for a fix and flip company. I have lots of transferable experience and would enjoy the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to break into the business working for someone else? Thanks in advance.
