@Adam Odom— I apologize I missed your question. I was definitely concerned it was going to be messy. The tenant stopped responding to my calls/text/emails except for to tell me she will let the judge dictate when she has to move and how much back rent she has to pay. At the advice of an attorney I ended her month to month and evicted her for overstaying her lease.  I have to take her back to court for the back rent and damages, but at this point I’m happy to have the unit back.
