Looking for an Engineer / Contractor
Hey Lehigh Valley investors!
I've just acquired a property that has some rusted out steel support beams in the ceiling of a concrete garage built into a hillside. This has compromised the roof. I've talked with several contractors about potentially jacking up the roof and replacing the beams, demoing the roof and rebuilding, and even filling the whole garage with dirt and sealing it up, but my usual crews aren't interested in tackling the challenge. Any recommendations for a company / engineer / contractor that performs this kind of work?
