Hi everyone, I am looking to invest in a few propeties in Pittsburgh mainly in Penn Hills, Verona and Swissvale.

Intrested in buy and hold single family houses that needs some rehab.

Looking for recommendations for an experienced agent working with investors, with knowledge in rehabs, estimating repairs, 

knowledge in the rental market.
