Pittsburgh, PA Eviction Moratorium

In Pittsburgh, PA (and in many parts of the Country) we are all aware of the rent/eviction moratorium in place due to Covid hardship from tenants. What are you as a landlord doing to protect yourself while still having to pay the mortgage despite not getting that rental income? How are you coping and surviving? Is your reliance on your property manager's ability to fully vett tenants, and only accept the best really protecting you?

Please share your experiences as this is most definitely a major concern that I believe we can all learn from. Thanks
