Connecticut RE Lawyer

I am about to make offers on 2-4 multi-unit properties in the New Britain/Bristol/W Hartford area in CT. I work with a partner and we were looking into whether or not we should use a RE attorney to review the contracts and make any additions, if necessary. I am an out of state investor and wondering if anyone can help with the following:

  1. -Is this normal for an attorney to review or modify every time an offer is made? Don't the costs skyrocket?
  2. -How much should I expect to pay for these services?
  3. -What are some of the most important questions you ask a potential attorney?
  4. -Any recommendations for a real estate attorney in the area?
  5. -What services outside of contract review would you use the lawyer for?

Thank you!
