Finding Tenants During Covid-19, as of June, 2020?

This is a question for anyone who has had to find a tenant recently (let's say since May 2020), or who has direct knowledge of someone who has; how has that gone for you?  Did you notice less applicants?  Less-qualified applicants?  More?  About the same?

I am considering purchasing a duplex in Oregon but have no idea how the crisis and the changes to our lives has affected the availability of prospective renters.  I have read a few theories about what might happen, but I'm looking for experience from folks who have actually had to do this.

Any relevant insights appreciated.  Thanks!
