Do investors ever buy at auction with intent to sell?
Hi! I am not an investor (or in the real estate market) but I have found an auction property in Pittsburgh that I’m very interested in for my primary residence. I’m not comfortable buying it at the auction but trying to figure out how I can get this property. Do investors ever work with clients to buy the property with the intent to sell it to them for a quick profit? As in, a deal make ahead of time that I immediately purchase for 30k over paid price up to a certain amount? I would need to have an inspection to get a mortgage but otherwise would buy it as is. Is this something that is ever done?
