need a good FLAT roofer in Pittsburgh (2 projects)

I have two rehab projects going on right now, and both will need new roofs.

Project #1 is a 3 story rowhouse in Lawrenceville. It has a mansard roof, so I need someone with a lot of experience with rolled roofs.  

Project #2 is a rowhouse in Bloomfield.  This is a traditional gabled roof, but I want to increase the size of the dormer at the same time we're doing the roof, so if they have some carpentry work, that's helpful.

Recommendations are appreciated.
