Hello, 

I am trying to take some actionable steps so I can work on getting my first flip started. Hard money seems to be my only option as of now. I was wondering if any one in the past has used a HML that they liked and trusted. Pennsylvania is where i will be doing the flip. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch guys and gals.
