Look to start something new?
Hi! I know that investing is all different and the only thing I know is that it’s what I want to do! So now I am trying to decide if I should buy a few low priced properties and rent them out and go that route? I have a little experience with property management. Try the wholesale route or even small flips ( I just got my real estate license but never used) HELP I’m confused! My kids will be 18 and looking for something new to do :) Any help appreciated.
PS my sister and I will be partners in this and will be looking to team up with someone who’s does handyman and carpentry.
