Roof specific inspector Pittsburgh?

Hello all, we're looking at purchasing a Pittsburgh property (planning on offering this week) and the roof on the property is 15 years old. Wondering is there such a thing as an inspector who specializes just in roofing and would come check that out specifically?

If so, any recommendations in PGH?

The downside of a couple hundred dollars is fine for me if we can have a better bargaining position and/or know more going in. 

Recommendations?
