Investor friendly real estate agents

Hello all! We're just wrapping up our first flip and have been debating whether to list with an agent or try FSBO. After talking with some other investors, I think our best option is to find an investor friendly agent who will work with us on the commission rate. Our plan is to develop the relationship and use this agent on our future flips as well. Can anyone recommend an agent who works with investors like this in the Pgh -South Hills area? Thanks!
