Penn Hills Single Family Rentals

Hi BP Community,

First time poster on BP.

I'm looking to purchase a single family home in Penn Hills, remotely.  This is my 2nd property after one in Homestead.  Anybody else investing there or considering it?  I'd love to some opinions/speculation on the future of the area - houses are sitting and prices are falling.

Where else are you all looking for cash flowing single family's?

Appreciate anything you all might share,

Stefan

i am familiar with the Penn hills area it is a strong rental market.  1000 square foot homes with 2-3 brs will rent for at least 1000 a month. crime is relatively low in this area
