Quality Contractors for Kitchen Rehab

Hey All,

Negotiating with a seller who wants a 10 day contingency period. I want to do a Home Style Mortgage on this property to cover a total Kitchen rehab. Does anyone have recommendations for a general contractor who does kitchens well who can be available to meet in 10 days for an estimate? House is lcoatein the 15212 zip code.
