Looking to Invest in Pittsburgh

Justin Prince

Hello Bigger Pockets community! I will be moving to Pittsburgh in May and I am looking to start investing in some real estate in the area. Being from out of state, I am not all that familiar with the different neighborhoods; however with my girlfriend having lived in the city for the past two years I have seen a lot of different areas. I am hoping to be able to network with some other investors and talk with them to see which areas I should be looking at or staying away from. Any and all help is greatly appreciated and I look forward to this exciting step in my life! Thanks, Justin

Justin Prince I agree with Jay, definitely come out to some of the local networking events when you're in town. As for the neighborhoods, if your looking for actual stats on local areas check out city-data.com.
