Does anyone have any experience renting individual mobile homes or investing in mobile home parks around Pittsburgh? I'm somewhat interested, but unsure how to even get started or if it's a viable business in our area.

Hi Anthony,

I know Justin Escajeda invests in them and also in self storage, check out his podcast on BP #123. My Broker also owns a trailer park in West Mifflin.
