Hello everyone,

I am looking for banks in Southwestern PA that offer 30 year mortgages for investment properties. All banks I have talked to will only do 15 year for investment properties.

Hey @Taylor K.

Check out First National Bank. Ron Manges is the business development person and he comes to the Pittsburgh REIA. They have some pretty good programs for investors. If you'd like I'll give you his contact information in a private message.

Best,

Tony
