My name's Paul, my fiancé and I are looking to invest in 1-3 Bed, 1+ Bath properties throughout Ada and Canyon county. I've recently come across a property of interest in the downtown Caldwell area and I'm curious what other members experiences have been or any insights you may have for long-term investing in Caldwell?
