Hi Bigger Pockets Community!  I'm based in Philadelphia and looking to start my investment journey.  I am a former real estate agent, but couldn't renew my license.  Unfortunately, since I work for a bank, having my license is considered a conflict of interest.  I'm looking to connect with investors in my area to see what I can do to bring value!
