Property managers in Philly

Yang Zhao
Posted

Hello,

I’m looking for recommendations of PMs in the Philly area. Does anyone have any leads? What are their terms if so?

Thanks!

I'm with @David Haynes, I have my rentals with RentWell and they do a great job. My rentals are in Delaware County so they ended up being the best choice for me.

I have also spoken with @Yuriy Skripnichenko and he is very well versed. Remind me Yuriy (and help @Yang Zhao understand), you manage properties in the Brewerytown, Northern Liberties, Fishtown, Port Richmond areas correct?

@Kevin M. is another one I have had clients work with and had good reviews of. Worth giving him a call as well.

Like Yuriy said, check with NARPM. They keep a database of member companies and membership requires a much more qualified manager than the minimum.

There are some great managers on here as well, the key is going to be picking out the best one for your portfolio. Hopefully these are some good leads to start.
