Philadelphia Rental License - Property Manager Name or Owner Name
My 3 family property is almost ready for rental...I'm working on the lead certs now....should i first get my rental license...I plan on giving it to a property manager...or should i have them get it...do they need to get a new one or can they use my rental license (under my llc)? It's a 3 family home so I need to get 3
