Start of Wholesale Journey

Hello all in the BP Community, and happy Thursday!

I am a fairly new investor that is looking to begin my real estate journey this year. After considering my financial situation and what I will be able to afford I have decided that Whole Sale may be one of the better routes to take to get my investment career started (then eventually venture out to passive rentals)

With that being said, I am eager/curious on the process of becoming a successful wholesaler. Of course I have done my due diligences in researching and finding as much information as I could on how to get started, but I find that communicating on the forums makes for a more reliable and personable response.

I am partnering with two of my bestfriends/ roommates from college to get our Wholesale organization kicked off and plan on operating in Maryland, Eastern and Western PA, and Reno, NV. We are hungry for success and have a solid foundation for how we want to succeed.

For individuals on BP that are/were in the WS game, what is the most important aspect for success in WS and how do we make sure we have it consistently? What are some good sources to have when trying to find buyers and sellers? ( I have a lot of questions but I will keep this short)
