Window Contractor Recommendation

I'm seeking a referral for a good window installer who won't break the bank. I want cheap and good but I don't need fast.

I have a rental with about 25 windows (corner building). I would like the 5 worst windows replaced with new and their frames wrapped in metal capping.

I would like all of the other windows to get their frames wrapped in capping. Those windows do not need replacing, just capping.

The property is in 19144 and I would just like to get it done before winter.
