Best resources for following commercial activity
It's common knowledge that residential development often follows commercial development. As of now, I have been reading a majority of my materials from either the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Philly Inquirer, or Curbed. I'm always looking to expand my knowledge of what is going on in the city, be it of development of major projects, where the state/city is pumping money, and what may influence the growth of different parts of the city. Reaching out to my fellow data nerds in the BP Ethos, what resources have been the most helpful with keeping your ear to the ground of what is going on in the city?

@Jimmy O'Connor I use those websites as well. Whenever I speak with an investor who has been in the game a long time I always ask him why neighborhoods he watches the most. Sometimes I get unique answers and sometimes I get information I already know. I’m also curious to know what other sources people use.
