Recommendations Needed for Philadelphia Duplex Rehab

Hello everyone, this is my first official post on BP! I am in the process of purchasing a Duplex in Upper Darby and need to get some critical parts of my "team" in place. I was led to BP after purchasing a new home and renting out my townhouse and realizing that I can eventually use my rental properties to pay for my son's college. My goal is to have 5 units by end of this year. I know I am using the "Ready, Fire, Aim" approach here with this deal so trying to get these partners in place ASAP.

I am looking for recommendations for Contractors, Property Management, Insurance Broker, CPA and Lawyer since I am purchasing it under an LLC created with a partner.

Thanks,

Neil
