Lead Certificafe for Philly SFH Rental Properry

Does anyone have a lead inspector or lead inspection experience IN PHILLY area ??? In need of getting a lead certificate to satisfy an incoming tenant.  Apparently a certificate must be provided by landlord for tenants with a child under 6?

Does anyone have experience with this and can recommend a landlord friendly inspector?
