Port Richmond - Tenant Types and Experiences

Hi Everyone,

Looking to get into the Port Richmond area soon and wanted to get some feelers on any buy-and-hold investor's experiences there. If on the right side of Aramingo, how have the tenants been, have they been good long-term tenants or does turnover happen quite often? Also, does anyone have experience on the other side of Aramingo? I see good prospects there but was wondering what the general consensus was on growth in that area.

Best,

Emmett
