Hi all,

We have a new MLS system "Bright MLS" now instead of "Trend MLS". Trend is no longer available and I wasn't able to pull reports from it. Bright reports are not fully functioning yet and cumbersome. So here is what I was able to pull out for now. They are harder to read and I was not able to pull everything I wanted. I hope by next month it will be better. However, no I'm able to pull multifamily reports separately. Data below is for all properties (SF and MF included)

Let me know if you want to see any other counties covered by Bright (berks, bucks, burlington, camden, chester, cumberland, delaware, gloucester, kent, mercer, montgomery, new castle, salem, schuykill)
