Philadelphia Industry Watch, 2 Quarter 2018
Hi all,
If someone what to see some data but does not have access to MLS. Here it is.
Trends in the 2nd Q of 2018 for Philadelphia changed a little but compared to previous quartets. We still have lack of inventory and supply keeps dropping. However Average price dropped 1% as Median price went up 5.1%. Which I'd think means that most expensive properties dropped in value and the cheapest went up. See the data below
