Hello, my name is Jesse and I am looking to purchase and live in a multi family property in Delaware. Preferably du,tri or quadplex. If any one knows of a property listed or coming up I’d be interested. THANK YOU!

While Delaware is a little state in comparison to most there are big difference between Newark/Wilmington and Kent/Sussex counties. Anywhere in particular you're looking to be geographically?
