Wholesaling in Philadelphia

Account Closed
Posted

Hey everyone,

I currently live in the Akron area in Ohio and will be relocating to Philly early June. I've been studying wholesaling & rental properties for a while (books, youtube videos, articles, threads etc.), and I'm obsessed. I'm working on two wholesale deals right now in my local area and want to continue wholesaling hard when I get to Philly. The only problem is that I'm not very familiar with the Philly areas yet and don't know many players in the area. I wanted to come on here and get insights from people who are playing the markets there and who want to connect on BP and in person.

I'll be attending the University of Pennsylvania in the fall, and one of my short-term goals is to graduate debt free. I know it'll be extremely difficult as we all know it costs an arm and a leg to go there, but I'm not going to stop until I do it. At first I saw this potential debt as a negative situation to be in, but after contemplating it, I realized that it's actually an opportunity because it'll really put my real estate and entrepreneurial skills to the test.

Please reach out guys! Let's connect ASAP

& Go eagles
