Hi everyone, looking for a licensed contractor in Philadelphia. I had a bid in with one contractor however he is no longer able to do it due to licencing is. I am hoping to use the current bid so I can continue with my project, but if not that is fine. property is located in Brewerytown section of Philadelphia and is over 2k sq ft. Any help or contacts would be appreciated. Thanks.
