Finding a Mortgage Company for Multifamily Properties

Hi Everyone,

We are looking to finance a duplex that we recently have put an offer on. We have found that 25% has been the standard down payment but have also seen people post about getting 20% loans. Does anyone have specific companies that they would recommend that we look into. Thanks in advance!
