Montgomery County Sheriff's sale

Hi BP,

I am new to BP and also new to investing. I am planning on going to the Sherrif's sale next week; just to see and learn a thing or 2 from it. 

I came across this site and was wondering if anyone has been to Montgo County's sherrif sale. How was your experience? 

I went through the listing that's posted on the site and narrowed down the properties I am interested in. 

Anyone else from this area interested in meeting up?
