Hi there,

Lived and worked in Philadelphia for a few years during college through 2015 but live out West in SF now. Real estate investor friend says buy what you know so looking to start off investing in Philadelphia. Long term goals to accumulate properties, generate cash flow. Short term looking to learn and start small (sub $100k). 

Hoping to make first investment in 2018 probably a single family rental - although very flexible.
