Hello im Dopah King im new to The Real Estate World, but i always wanted to Flip houses any kind houses in the Philadelphia area but i would like help and opportunity to do so, i also Would like Guidance from people with experience in flipping houses in the Philadelphia area. Also im interested in Finding houses for Buyers in Philadelphia. If anyone in Philadelphia that can help i will be grateful.

@Dopah King - There is no cookie cutter answer to your questions. It seems that you should do a lot of homework. I would like you to recommend J Scott's book on Flipping houses.  He is not a flipper - he is a flipping machine !! :-) .  You can download it at the  link right here on BP. http://get.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook/

This book will answer most if not all of your questions.
