Auction investments
Hi all,
I am an investor (newbie) in Philadelphia region. I live in NJ and about an hour away from my investment properties. I have won bids on two properties from auction.com and currently under contract. One of them is a duplex which is bank owned and have not seen the inside of the property yet. From my visit to the property, it looks in decent condition and requires cosmetic fix up.
Does anyone have experience dealing with auction.com? Also, can someone recommend me a good broker who understands investment and also contractor/handymen to do the fix the property?
