Experiences with subdividing RSA 5 zoned lots

Riley Thomas
Posted

I am looking to see if anyone has experience with subdividing a property in RSA 5 zoned areas in Philadelphia, PA. Is a 6 month time frame accurate? I cannot seem to find what the lot size requirements are for the subdivision, help here?

Thank you!

Should take about 3 months for the OPA approval and another 3 months or so to have the new deeds recorded
