I'm originally from Salem, looking to connect with agents, brokers, and potential investment partners.  I'm looking for cash-flowing properties (multi-family residential and commercial) to buy and hold.  I'm currently located out of town for a work assignment but plan to return to PDX within the next year, and am looking to scale a RE portfolio rapidly over the next year.  I'm focused on the Portland, Beaverton, and Salem markets.
